Dunedin and Christchurch

To continue July, tonights Sunday Night Ops keeps us South of the South Island, flying between two major cities in New Zealand, Dunedin and Christchurch.

Pilots can depart either Christchurch, with a radar or Dunedin, like Queenstown being procedural. Whilst having precision approaches, both do offer non precision approaches such as the RNAV and the NDB - pilots are still able to fine tune their skills tonight, ATC will thank you for it!

ATC positions are limited and sure to be booked out fast, so book them before its too late.

Mount Cook regullary fly their ATRs between Christchurch and Dunedin as well as Air New Zealand and Air Nelson who fly various different aircrafts. A typical sector length is 50 minutes.

Looking foward to seeing you there!
