Te Ara Aotearoa - Leg 4

Kia Ora Koutou,

Join us this Summer as we travel around our two motu on a path around Aotearoa New Zealand! From November through to March, we will be flying around every Saturday afternoon, exploring the coastline and some major hubs around New Zealand, showing us what it has to offer.

This week we will be flying from Wellington to Tauranga on our 3rd leg of the trip, with departures out of NZWN from 0600z and arrivals welcome into NZTG until 0830z.

This leg will explore the central plateau, providing magnificent views of the largest mountain in the North Island, Ruapehu, as well as Mt Doom for the Hobbit fans. We'll arrive in Tauranga, the gateway to the Coromandel Peninsula where you can spend the rest of December basking in the summer sun!

ATC will be focused on our event airports, but coverage will be available across the whole NZZC, so you're encouraged to fly all around our precious gem at the bottom of the Pacific.
