Hello Everyone!
This weekend we're off to explore what Northland and the Coromandel peninsular have to offer. Flights around this region are typically in small single engine aircraft such as a Cessna 172 or 208. Northland has got the occasional airliner with Q300 flights to Whangarei or Kerikeri but I wouldn't recommend anything bigger than that.
Controllers: No airports within these two regions are controlled but a lot of departures can be expected from Tauranga and Auckland. This event isn't rostered but is first come first serve in atc-requests .
Pilots: Fly wherever you'd like within these two regions. Common airports would be Kerikeri Bay of Islands (NZKK), Whangarei (NZWR), Whitianga (NZWT), Pauanui (NZUN) or even Waihi Beach (NZWV) if you wanted to push the envelope
