Once again World Flight has returned to VATNZ airspace. With us having the first four legs, we can expect this to be a very busy visit.
What is World Flight?
World Flight sees 15 teams with fixed based simulators fly 24 hours a day for a week to circumnavigate the world for charity. You can find out more and where to donate here.
Leg 4: NZFX -> SCGC
Leg 4 sees pilots flying between Phoenix Field (NZFX) and Union Glacier (SCGC).
Pilots
A pilot briefing will be circulated prior to the event. This will contain important information to ensure a smooth running event.
Controllers
Apply to control during the fourth leg here. Controller briefing material will be published on the SOPS page prior to the event. A controller briefing will also be held prior to each leg for incoming controllers.
