Who We Are Looking For
We seek individuals who:
- Have a strong understanding of ATC operations
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Are committed to the development and training of new ATCs
- Can work collaboratively in a team environment
- Are enthusiastic about fostering a supportive learning atmosphere
- Hold a VATSIM ATC rating of S3 or higher
- Be active and current in your highest ATC rating.
