Kia Ora Everyone!
We're off to explore the West Coast! Hokitika to be exact. This small airport on the Westcoast is the gateway to cities like Greymouth, Westport, and of course Hokitika. Whilst big enough for regular ATR and Q300 flights, tonights event is targeted at VFR and light aircraft operations. Use this event as an opportunity to explore parts of the country you may not have thought to visit before, or simply try the challenging RNAV approach for Hokitika.
Controllers: Hokitika (NZHK) has got no local positions, ideal airports to staff though could be Christchurch (NZCH), Queenstown (NZQN), and Wellington (NZWN) as these are nearby airports which aircraft could likely depart from.
Pilots: Hokitka (NZHK) is uncontrolled. Be sure to utilise advisory on 122.800 to ensure you keep separation from fellow pilots so you both have a good evening.
